The organization’s main aim is to ensure the establishment of maritime authorities in each country on the continent. It is further to ensure that the harmonization of policies and regulations to ensure the equitable growth of the sector on the continent with the aim of facilitating greater African integration through trade.
Therefore the activities of AAMA across each of the identified areas will seek to fulfill this requirement.
